What does a timeless mixed-use housing building in a growing urban environment look and feel like?

Originally, I only worked on this project to produce these two street view renderings. The task was to create photo-realistic renderings for the client. These renderings were created from Revit's rendering engine with additional adjustments in Photoshop.

Eventually I would work more on the project as support during Construction Administration when needed. I also helped produce some of the final graphics and documentation for LEED Accreditation as this project achieved a Gold certification in LEED Homes. We used Revit to produce the drawing set for this project.
