How do we bring in a neighborhood's history into our facade our design?

For this mixed use building in North Portland I developed process SketchUp models into this full design exterior model for renderings for neighborhood design review. The Renders were made out of Podium with adjustments made in Photoshop. I also assisted in the Construction Document set in Revit.
