How do we reinvigorate an older campus building?

I was tasked with making four photo-realistic renderings for this interior remodel. Modeling for these renderings were in Sketch Up with the base renderings being produced from the plug-in Podium with additional adjustments made in Photoshop.

Construction on this project was completed in 2017.
